Impact Staffing International (ISI) is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our client’s Finance team in Irving, TX. They are a global leader in collagen-based solutions, delivering innovative, high-quality ingredients that support health, nutrition, and pharmaceutical advancements worldwide. This role will support global financial consolidation, reporting, and accounting operations in a highly data-driven environment.
This position offers a strong opportunity to work closely with global finance leadership on financial reporting, systems optimization, and SOX compliance within a collaborative, hands-on team supporting international operations.Key responsibilities include:
• Prepare timely and accurate financial accounting and reporting in accordance with US GAAP and company standards
• Support global financial consolidation processes using Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• Build, maintain, and enhance SmartView and HFM reporting templates and data outputs
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including variance analysis and reporting
• Support forecasting and budgeting cycles, including analysis of actuals vs. plan
• Perform data mapping and integration between JD Edwards and Hyperion systems
• Maintain and improve financial systems, reporting tools, and data integrity processes
• Prepare SOX controls on a monthly and quarterly basis and support internal/external audit requirements
• Act as a global SOX coordinator, supporting compliance efforts across the organization
• Assist with documentation, evaluation, and remediation of internal control deficiencies
• Participate in walkthroughs of key financial processes to assess control design and effectiveness
• Provide ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and financial data support as requested
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Internal Audit, Tax, Treasury, and regional finance teams
• Support finance team initiatives, projects, and process improvements as neededRequired Skills and Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting
• Strong experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and SmartView report building
• Advanced Excel skills
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Experience with SOX controls, audits, and compliance processes
• Strong analytical skills with ability to review P&L, balance sheet, journal entries, and variance analysis
• Ability to work independently in a small, collaborative, hands-on team environment
• Experience with BI tools such as Longview
• International or global accounting exposure is a plus
• Experience with Big 4 firms
• Strong attention to detail with comfort working in a data-heavy, systems-driven roleContract Details

• Travel: Minimal, with possible initial onboarding/transition travel
• Salary: $110,000–$120,000
