Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, experienced Commercial Dispatcher to join our HVAC and Plumbing service team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to effectively coordinate field technicians, manage service calls, and ensure timely and efficient customer service for commercial clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Client Services team to ensure local and national accounts are effectively managed.
- Communicate with customers via phone daily, providing updates on technician arrival times, parts availability,
- Monitoring ongoing projects and jobs, ensuring accurate details are relayed to both customers and technicians.
- Take incoming calls, set up service work orders, and coordinate service schedules throughout the day.
- Work closely with the inside sales and operations teams to maintain an organized schedule and ensure effective
- Partner with team members, technicians, and use available portals to create the best solutions for our
- Understand the skills of each technician and ensure the right person is assigned to each job, providing the most
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE Experience in Plumbing and HVAC
- Communicate with commercial clients to confirm appointments, provide status updates, and handle inquiries or issues.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Eagerness to learn the business and the ability to work independently while also collaborating with the team to exceed goals.
- Strong ability to complete tasks efficiently while keeping others informed with customer updates and time expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing detailed information to customers, technicians, and operations.
- Proven expertise in customer service and problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, understanding that your performance is crucial to the success of the business.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to starting work on time (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously to achieve consistent success.
- Flexibility to assist where needed and contribute to the success of TEAM IMCOR.
