Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades, project managers, service technicians, and office staff
- Build talent pipelines across HVAC, plumbing, piping, and construction roles
- Partner with superintendents and department heads on workforce planning
- Develop recruiting metrics and improve time-to-hire
- Strengthen employer branding and community partnerships
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring best practices
Required:
- 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, mechanical contracting, or skilled trades.
- 2 years in a leadership or program-management capacity.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and sourcing strategies.
- Experience hiring both field and corporate roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in commercial construction or mechanical contracting.
- Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems (Arcoro experience a plus).
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification (preferred but not required).
