What’s So Different Here?

Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm installation and service appointments.
Serve as the primary communication link among all parties involved.
Update and maintain the company calendar.
Prepare necessary documents and instructions for team members.
Address and resolve any scheduling issues or conflicts.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a scheduling or dispatching role or related field.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Comfort with technology, including scheduling software and office applications.
Ability to handle stressful situations and tight deadlines with composure.
