Responsibilities
- Assist journeymen and technicians with sheet metal fabrication and installation
- Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal components under supervision
- Help install HVAC duct systems on residential and commercial job sites
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong willingness to learn a skilled trade
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
