Must-Have Qualifications
- 10–15 years of leadership experience in heavy industrial operations, yard management, or port logistics
- Experience handling large steel structures, heavy pipe, steel plate, or fabricated industrial products
- Strong knowledge of rail logistics, marine transport, or barge operations
- Proven track record managing safety-critical industrial operations
- Experience leading large operational teams and coordinating logistics for major industrial projects
- Strong operational leadership with the ability to improve efficiency, yard flow, and logistics execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Logistics) or related field
- Equivalent leadership experience in heavy industrial operations or logistics environments

- Lead all LSAW yard operations, including plate receiving, pipe staging, storage, and dispatch
- Optimize yard layout, material flow, and equipment utilization to reduce congestion and re-handling
- Ensure proper handling and protection of large-diameter pipe products
- Oversee port operations and barge loading activities for heavy pipe shipments
- Coordinate rail logistics and outbound transportation planning
- Manage inbound steel plate logistics and material flow from suppliers
- Ensure timely sequencing and dispatch of materials for major pipeline projects
- Align yard operations with project delivery schedules
- Ensure accurate sequencing of pipe deliveries based on project requirements
- Collaborate with manufacturing, coating, and project management teams to support production timelines
- Maintain and enforce strict safety standards across all yard and port operations
- Lead teams in safety-critical heavy industrial environments
- Implement operational improvements that increase efficiency, reliability, and productivity
