We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Application Manager to oversee the daily operations, optimization, and support of key business applications. This role will be responsible for ensuring systems run efficiently, data remains accurate, and users are fully supported across departments. You will play a critical role in improving workflows, driving system enhancements, and aligning technology with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer HubSpot CRM, FileMaker Pro, and third-party applications
- Ensure all systems are fully functional, up-to-date, and optimized
- Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting
- Serve as the primary support contact for internal users
- Develop and deliver training materials and user sessions
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes
- Customize and configure systems to meet evolving business requirements
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, and consultants for integrations and issue resolution
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and improve system functionality
- Maintain data integrity across platforms
- Support testing, rollout, and system enhancements, including basic interaction with Magento
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
