Automation (Controls) Engineer

Location: Boston, MA

We are seeking a skilled Automation (Controls) Engineer to design, integrate, and maintain manufacturing equipment controls and automation systems across multiple facilities. This role requires a hands-on engineer with strong technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to support plant operations, start-ups, and continuous system improvements.

Must-Haves

• Experience with Rockwell Automation: RSLogix 5, 500, 5000, Studio; RSView; FactoryTalk Studio
• Controls & Automation Skills: PLC programming, HMI development, industrial communications networks
• Electrical & Industrial Knowledge: Electrical concepts, sensors, drives, and field devices
• Travel: Willingness to travel to all facilities for project work and start-ups
• Driver’s License: Must have a valid license and ability to fly commercially

This is an office-based position in Boston, MA, with frequent travel to support manufacturing sites.
