Position Overview
The Director of Sales will play a critical leadership role in driving national sales growth by developing and scaling distributor and trade networks. This individual will focus on expanding market reach, strengthening contractor adoption, and building a diversified customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, expand, and lead a national distributor and trade partner network
- Drive product adoption with contractors, installers, and field-level users
- Lead and develop internal sales teams and external manufacturer rep organizations
- Establish and standardize pricing strategies, sales programs, and reporting structures
- Diversify revenue streams and reduce dependency on any single customer or channel
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership in a manufacturing-focused environment
- Base Salary: $100,000
