Regional Operational Leadership
San Antonio, TX
MUST HAVES:
- 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Proven multi-site manufacturing leadership experience
- Food manufacturing experience required
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and TPM
- Operational P&L accountability and strong financial acumen
- Working knowledge of SQF Level III, HACCP, GMPs, and audit compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Food Science, or related field

Regional Operational Leadership
- Lead multiple manufacturing plants within an assigned region
- Provide direct oversight to Plant Managers and site leadership teams
- Ensure consistent execution of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and engagement standards
- Oversee Production, Maintenance, Scheduling, Sanitation, and Warehouse Operations
- Align processes and performance expectations across all facilities
- Escalate critical risks and performance gaps to executive leadership
- Develop and execute regional manufacturing strategies to improve competitiveness and profitability
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and TPM initiatives to maximize reliability and efficiency
- Drive measurable improvements in productivity, service levels, cost control, and margin expansion
- Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee empowerment
- Own regional operating performance including budgeting and cost management
- Monitor and improve KPIs across all sites
- Identify waste reduction and asset utilization opportunities
- Optimize materials planning and inventory strategies to improve cash flow
- Champion a strong safety culture focused on injury reduction and compliance
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Maintain compliance with GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and third-party audit standards
- Partner with Quality to ensure product integrity and audit readiness
- Coach and develop Plant Managers and leadership teams
- Build succession plans and ensure leadership continuity
- Partner with HR to enhance engagement and performance management
- Establish clear performance standards and accountability
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Purchasing, EH&S, and Quality
- Support new product introductions by evaluating manufacturing feasibility and cost
- Ensure coordination between production, planning, and distribution to achieve service goals
