The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, integrity, and performance of all plant assets to support safe, compliant, and uninterrupted operations.
You will lead a small team (2 direct reports) and play a critical role in building maintenance processes, improving uptime, and driving continuous improvement across the facility.

Must-Haves
- 5 years of experience in a modern manufacturing environment
- Proven experience leading a maintenance team or planning/executing maintenance activities
- Strong mechanical and plant operations knowledge with ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience driving preventive and corrective maintenance strategies (PM/PPM)
- Ability to analyze equipment data, identify trends, and improve reliability (MTBF/MTTR)
- Experience with permit-to-work systems and safety compliance
- Start-up or new site commissioning experience
- Experience with CMMS systems implementation or optimization
- Background in anaerobic digestion or similar process environments
- Experience with audits, budgeting, or supplier/service contract management
- Six Sigma or process improvement training
- Safety certifications

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Reliability
- Own and execute the site maintenance strategy, including preventive and corrective programs
- Maximize equipment uptime by improving mean time between failures and reducing repair times
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of long-term solutions
- Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and shutdown activities
- Ensure spare parts inventory is optimized and aligned with operational needs
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and downtime reporting to support data-driven decisions
- Coordinate daily reactive maintenance and prioritize work to minimize production impact
- Work closely with fabrication/operations teams to ensure efficient equipment performance
- Assist hands-on with maintenance tasks as needed (including outdoor work environments)
- Participate in on-call support and emergency response as required
- Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal safety standards
- Maintain SOPs, risk assessments, and safe systems of work
- Support audits and contractor safety management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
- Plan staffing and training to support a 24/7 operation
- Drive accountability, performance management, and employee development
- Lead team meetings and ensure clear communication of goals and performance
- Identify and implement process improvements across maintenance and reliability systems
- Support long-term asset planning and budgeting in partnership with Site Leadership
