The Position

The successful candidate will advise clients across a broad range of estate planning, wealth transfer, trust administration, estate administration, tax, and business succession matters. Associates will work closely with experienced attorneys and have meaningful exposure to sophisticated clients, with opportunities to take increasing responsibility for matters as their experience develops.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–5 years of relevant legal experience in Trusts & Estates, estate planning, private wealth, tax, or a closely related practice.
- A JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Active admission to the Wisconsin Bar or the ability to obtain Wisconsin admission promptly.
- Demonstrated experience with estate planning and wealth transfer matters.
- Strong understanding of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax principles.
- Experience drafting and reviewing sophisticated wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and other estate planning documents.
