Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant partner-level experience in intellectual property litigation, with a strong emphasis on patent litigation.
- Active D.C. Bar.
- A demonstrated record of success handling sophisticated, high-stakes IP disputes.
- Strong experience representing technology companies, innovators, or other sophisticated commercial clients.
- A portable or developing book of business and a demonstrated ability to originate and expand client relationships.
- Strong technical fluency; an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is strongly preferred.
