JD class years 2019–2022
Strong academic record and substantive IP litigation experience, with patent and/or technical trade secrets focus
Undergraduate degree in EE, CE, CS, ME, ChemE, BiomedE, or similar highly preferred
Judicial clerkship valued, with particular interest in CAFC experience
PTAB exposure a plus
