The Position
A leading national law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join its Wisconsin office. The successful candidate will advise employers across a broad range of labor and employment matters, including employment counseling, workplace policies, wage and hour issues, employee relations, restrictive covenants, workplace investigations, employment agreements, and employment litigation.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–5 years of Labor & Employment experience at a sophisticated law firm or comparable legal environment.
- A JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Active admission to the Wisconsin Bar or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
- Experience advising employers on a range of labor and employment matters.
- Experience with employment counseling, workplace policies, employee relations, and compliance.
