Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Membership Sales Specialist at our Pasadena, TX location. The Membership Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with prospective members, promoting memberships, and supporting customer service operations. Daily tasks include conducting sales tours, managing membership sign-ups, assisting with studio operations, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for current and potential members.
Qualifications
- Strong Membership Sales and Sales experience to drive member acquisition and meet goals.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to create a positive member experience and address inquiries effectively.
- Ability to assist with Training and onboarding of new members or team members as necessary.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A passion for health and fitness is highly desirable.
