Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and energetic sales professionals to drive membership growth at our fast-paced fitness studios. This role is ideal for someone who excels in sales, community outreach, and building relationships both in-studio and through local networking.
We are looking for a results-driven individual who can grow our member base through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service. In this role, you will engage with prospects, understand their needs, and confidently promote the value of HOTWORX.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, goal-oriented, and passionate about health and fitness. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with people are essential. You will also play a key role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and high-energy studio environment.

Duties
- Drive membership growth and meet sales goals
- Convert leads through calls, texts, and in-studio outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospects
- Conduct studio tours and present membership options confidently
- Follow up with leads and track activity
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns (events, social media, local outreach)
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment
Qualifications
- Flexibility to work between nearby HOTWORX locations (Montgomery/Magnolia)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Outgoing, positive, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with outreach, lead generation, and building community relationships
Job Type & Pay
Part-time
$10.00 – $15.00 per hour commission (based on experience)
