Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to connect with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through selling new guest on benefits and results and existing members on effective product demonstrations and promotions.

Commission is paid on every membership you sell plus if you meet your overall monthly retail sale goals plus if the studio meets overall income goals.
Duties
- Perform outreach on leads that contact the studio to schedule them for a workout or tour.
- Conduct studio tours and describe the various fitness classes.
- Participate in in-studio and out-of-studio events to get new leads.
- Greet members warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Engage with members to understand their needs and recommend products accordingly.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. The customer is ALWAYS right.
- Perform the lesser exciting duties with positivity such as cleaning and keeping the equipment in tidy order.
- Complete all daily open/closing procedures and checklists for each shift.
- Support management in creating content for social media posts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales is preferred.
- Must be outgoing and be able and willing to 'ask for the sale'.
- Have a passion for fitness and ensure that you prioritize HOTWORX in your life.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling credit card transactions.
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer inquiries and support.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding of products.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
