Trainer Sales Associate – HOTWORX (Fairport Area)
HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that combines infrared heat therapy with efficient 15-45 minute workouts. Members complete HOT Yoga, Pilates, Isometrics, Rowing, Cycling, Barre, and other sessions inside semi-private infrared sauna suites, creating a unique “workout recovery” experience that delivers MORE results in LESS time. Our Fairport-area studio is a boutique location with a focused, high-touch approach rather than a large corporate gym model.
This is a sales-driven, part-time role (open to full time for the right person) focused on membership growth and member experience. You will spend most of your time prospecting, following up with leads, closing new memberships, MAKING ONLINE CONTENT, keeping the studio clean, and keeping the members engaged!

Primary responsibilities
- Drive membership sales through consistent prospecting, guest pass distribution, and follow-up
- Close new members and process sales
- Sell retail products and hit monthly sales targets
- Assist members with the HOTWORX app, sauna/workout guidance, and day-to-day questions
- Support social media by creating and engaging with content that attracts new guests
- Complete daily opening/closing tasks and light facility upkeep with a positive attitude
- Maintain high customer service standards that lead to 5-star online reviews
Ideal candidate
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently toward sales goals
- Naturally sociable! Enjoys talking to people and building rapport quickly
- Strong interest in social media content and online engagement
- Results-oriented with a sales mindset
Reliable, professional, and able to work 20-30 hours per week
Hours: Although our studio is open 24 hours, the staffed hours are as follows:
Monday - Thursday: 11am - 8pm
Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am – 2pm
Sunday: Closed
