Are you energetic, outgoing, goal-driven, and passionate about health and wellness? HOTWORX Mont Belvieu is looking for a Studio Manager to help lead our new studio, inspire members, and create an exceptional fitness experience every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with members and guests
- Drive membership sales and studio growth
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team
- Create engaging social media and community partnerships
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional studio
- Deliver a five-star member experience
- Coaching and training sales staff while achieving personal sales goals
- Meeting with and reporting on sales trends and prospecting efforts to owner
- Managing staff schedule, process payroll, manage the studio relating to all maintenance

- Sales and customer service experience preferred

Incentive Trips
Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday 10am-6pm with an occasional Saturday, events and promotions.
