Required Skills
- Expert knowledge of marketing vendor landscape (agency, media, creative services)
- Advanced contract negotiation and drafting skills
- Strong analytical ability in spend data evaluation
- Proven experience executing complex RFX events (RFP, RFQ, RFI)
- Excellent stakeholder management, including influencing C-suite executives
Nice to Have Skills
- MBA or related master’s degree
- AI literacy and experience with procurement automation tools
- Leadership in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of legal aspects of contract development
- Experience in global or multi-regional sourcing environments
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of strategic sourcing or supply chain experience, with significant marketing category expertise
