Trainer/Sales Associate (TSA)

HOTWORX Infrared Fitness Studio is the first ever implementation of 3-dimensional fitness training. HOTWORX combine heat, infrared energy, and exercise to help members’ flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited class sessions including Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, and more.

HOTWORX is currently expanding our team and looking for individuals with experience in membership & retail sales in the fitness industry and thrive in a customer service environment. The Trainer Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining customer experiences, generating membership leads and sales, plus keeping the studio clean and safe to meet and exceed the goals of HOTWORX Harahan, La. Trainer Sales Associates are needed in our professional and exciting fitness studio.
Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semiprivate environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!

Candidates interested in joining the HOTWORX team in Harahan, La should expect to be successful in the following:

Sell new memberships by consistently following up on new leads, online and through social media platforms
Meeting and exceeding membership goals
Maintain member relationships, ensuring all members feel special and are motivated for their workouts
Assisting guest / members in selecting the best membership to meet their goals
Assist members during their visits by greeting, answering questions, and providing instruction where required
Prospect and promote HOTWORX brand through community outreach at local events in order to sell new memberships and brand awareness
Sell retail products to members
Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness at all times

Candidate will be paid commissions on membership and retail sales.

Qualifications:

Previous membership sales experience
Strong communication skills
Superior Customer service and a passion for changing lives and promoting a healthier community. (This is critical to our business)
A passion for fitness and live a healthy lifestyle
Proficient in Windows, Microsoft, and comfortable learning new systems
Need a understanding of all Social Platforms as you may be required to post as needed.

CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (upon hire)
English, Spanish and or Bilingual a plus
