Sales Associate

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for checkout and returns
• Upsell complementary items to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking, merchandising, and inventory counts
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors
• Support team supervision by supervising new team members or trainees when needed

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are key!
• Bilingual skills are a plus to serve a diverse customer base effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math enhances your success in this role
• Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership opportunities
• Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is beneficial but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
