Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and offer assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales accurately and handle cash, credit, or mobile payments
- Conduct product demos to inform customers about features and benefits of various items
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is tidy and well-merchandised
- Assist with inventory management including stocking, merchandising, and inventory counts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and upselling relevant products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
Skills
