Honeywell has an exciting new opportunity focusing on Honeywell's Novar products in Home & Building Technologies.We are currently seeking applicants for a new Technical Operations Specialist located in our Bentonville AR facility.
The Technical Operations Specialist will be responsible for processing and handling various Honeywell Multisite product classes. Shipping & receiving agent, software installation, data entry and documentation as well as product tracking are key elements of the position. The position will also learn and execute return and replacement processing of remediated site equipment. Opportunity exists to train with our application engineering/programming departments.

The Technical Operations Specialist will be responsible for processing and handling various Honeywell Multisite product classes. The position will also learn and execute return and replacement processing of remediated site equipment. Opportunity exists to train with our application engineering/programming departments.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack and check-in product materials
- Load site-specific program files into various hardware devices
- Record hardware product information and statistics into tracking databases
- Utilize shipping software to ship, create labels and track orders.
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary to fulfill time-sensitive product processing
- Re-pack and ship completed and commissioned equipment to end users
- Project follow-up documentation & data tracking
- Acquire new internal engineering/programming skills as time permits
- Operations department project tasks as assigned
- Occasionally assist with scheduling facilities maintenance work orders, guest check in and supervision.
Must Have:
- High school diploma.
- 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Intermediate computer skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software.
- Capable of lifting, moving, and handling boxed products weighing up to 30–50 lbs.
- Knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of HVAC and lighting mechanical systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and team members.
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
- Able to perform well under pressure and work overtime during peak demand periods.
- Task-oriented and a quick learner, maintaining focus and productivity.
- Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues through critical thinking, creativity, and sound decision-making.
- Dependable in following verbal and written instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately.
- Comfortable with detailed, repetitive work, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Possess intermediate computer skills with a demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly.
