Warehouse Operations Specialist
Operations & Logistics
- Oversee daily order fulfillment and shipping workflows
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient, safe, and organized operations
- Manage inbound/outbound freight, LTL shipments, and vendor relationships
- Implement and refine processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
Quality & Documentation
- Assist with product quality checks and packaging standards
- Help maintain warehouse SOPs and safety procedures
- Support leadership by identifying recurring operational issues and recommending improvements

- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or fulfillment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
