We're looking for a personable, solutions‑driven Dealer & Customer Experience Coordinator to be the voice of Quack Rack — supporting customers, dealers, and partners with exceptional service and clear communication.
What You'll Do: Customer Service & Phone Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, warranty questions, and product support
- Answer incoming calls and provide timely, accurate assistance
- Maintain CRM records, track communication, and ensure follow‑through on all cases
Dealer & Partner Support
- Build strong relationships with dealers, outfitters, and partners
- Provide product guidance, availability updates, and order support
- Assist with dealer-facing materials and communication
Technical & Product Support
- Provide guidance on product setup, wiring, and installation (training provided)
- Help maintain FAQs, support resources, and documentation updates
Marketing & Launch Support
- Assist with product launches, messaging, and website updates
- Collaborate on social media content and email campaigns as needed
What You Bring
- Experience in customer service, dealer relations, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort learning technical product details and explaining them clearly
- Familiarity with Shopify or CRM tools is a plus

Pay: $30, $40,000.00 per year
