Job Title: Admissions Nurse – Hospice / Palliative / Oncology Focus
Compensation: $200 - $250 Per Admission
Benefits: Full Benefits Package (Full-Time only)
Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro – 21-county area
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Includes 1 on-call shift per week (backup) and every 4th–7th weekend

Join as an Admissions Nurse and become a guide to families during one of life’s most difficult transitions. You’ll meet patients in their homes or senior communities, assess their needs, and begin services with clarity and care.
Your Impact Includes:
- Completing admissions in homes or facilities across the metro
- Answering tough questions with empathy and expertise
- Collaborating closely with our care coordination and clinical teams
- Documenting accurately and promptly
Ideal Background:
- RN, licensed in MN
- Hospice, oncology, or palliative care experience required
- Strong communicator and natural educator
- Clinical confidence and emotional maturity
- Valid driver’s license and reliable car
