Location: Nagel Assisted Living – Waconia, MN
Schedule: Part-Time | Every Other Weekend Holiday
Pay: $14 - $20 per hour $1.00/hour Weekend Shift Differential

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and Serve Meals: Work with the culinary team to meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences, creating healthy, flavorful menus.
- Monitor Residents’ Needs: Observe eating habits and report concerns like loss of appetite or swallowing issues to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Assist with kitchen and dining area cleaning to uphold a safe and sanitary environment.
- Operate Kitchen Equipment: Utilize food preparation tools under the guidance of the Executive Chef to ensure quality and presentation.
What You Bring to the Role
- Experience in Food Service: Prior experience in food preparation or cooking is required.
- Commitment to Cleanliness: Strong knowledge of sanitation regulations and a dedication to maintaining a hygienic kitchen.
- Team Spirit: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.
- Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
