Compensation: $100,000 to $125,000 per year (DOQ)

Clinical Supervisor (RN / PT / OT) Overview:
- Lead and oversee daily clinical operations for a team of nurses and therapy clinicians in the field.
- Serve as the go-to clinical expert and resource for RN Case Managers, PTs, OTs, and field staff.
- Coach, mentor, and elevate team performance through hands-on leadership and support.
- Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives that directly impact patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and federal home care regulations.
- Review and audit clinical documentation including OASIS, therapy notes, and care plans for accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and internal departments to coordinate care.
- Play a key role in onboarding, training, and developing top clinical talent.
- Support staffing, scheduling, and coverage to keep operations running smoothly.
- Participate in on-call rotation to support clinicians and patient needs.
Clinical Supervisor (RN / PT / OT) Qualifications:
- Current licensure in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), or Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Prior Home Health Care experience required.
- Strong understanding of Medicare guidelines, home health regulations, and clinical best practices.
- Experience with OASIS (for RNs) or familiarity with therapy documentation standards in home health (for PT/OT).
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or preceptor experience preferred.
- Experience working within EMR systems and electronic documentation.
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to make confident, real-time decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to lead and motivate others.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
