Office Operations Manager Overview:
- Oversee the daily operations, growth, and success of Twin Cities Physicians.
- Travel to and meet with existing and prospective partner communities and facilities.
- Serve as a key liaison between providers, communities, and internal operations.
- Support operational functions including employee reviews, performance tracking, and handling confidential information.
- Assist with onboarding and training providers, including EMR and internal systems.
- Contribute insight to improve service experience, communication, and efficiency.
- Identify workflow gaps across office and field operations and implement solutions.
- Assist with light sales and relationship-building efforts to support growth.
- Create and manage provider schedules, including on-call coverage.
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to appropriate communities.
- Organize and lead internal meetings and support team alignment.
Office Operations Manager Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, operations, administration, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, communications, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with providers and community partners.
- Prior experience in office or operations management preferred.
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High level of professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
