Program Supervisor Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) to join our team. You will provide counseling and supervise one of our programs.

Responsibilities:

• Providing counseling in an outpatient setting.
• Services such as peer/family counseling and support.
• Screening, assessment, brief treatment, consultative services
• Education and engagement, linkages, outreach, and advocacy.
• Will supervise/oversee the Mental Health Therapists and Advocates who provide direct support and advocacy services geared to enhancing the development, problem-solving, and coping capacities of people.
• Provide resources and services to people; linking people with systems that provide them with resources, services, and opportunities.
• The LCSW-C may coordinate/oversee work of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) or Intensive Outpatient Clinic assigned.

Minimum qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work.
• Current Maryland State Board License.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends.
• Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting spreadsheet, word-processing, outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem solving, decision making and team building skills.
• Perform a background check.
• Excellent stress and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
