What you will be doing
Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and make a meaningful impact by delivering safe, compassionate, and resident-centered care every day. As an LPN, you will play a key role in supporting our residents by following individualized care plans, providing skilled nursing services with professionalism, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation of all care provided. You’ll work hands-on to promote safety, comfort, and dignity while helping residents maintain their highest level of functioning.
In this LPN role, you’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary Care Plan Team and families to develop, implement, and continually review personalized care strategies. As an LPN, your keen assessment skills will help you recognize and report significant changes in residents’ conditions, ensuring prompt and appropriate care. - Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the state of Michigan.
- Unencumbered by any licensing or state violations.
