This position is responsible for the supervision and clinical oversight of assigned caregivers and will direct, administer and document care given to residents.
Additional responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Provides leadership and delegates responsibilities to assigned caregivers
- Ensures adequate orientation and training to assigned caregivers
- Ensures adequate nursing documentation in accordance with policy and nursing standards of practice
Job Requirements:
- Must have current LPN or RN license in the State of Michigan
- Must have current CPR certification
- Must have strong leadership skills and have the ability to lead a team
- Strong assessment skills
- Knowledge of geriatrics preferred
- At least one year of nursing experience preferred
License Requirements:
Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
Education:
In accordance with nursing license
Salary : $27
