What you will be doing
In this rewarding role, the Registered Nurse (RN) delivers skilled, compassionate nursing care while creating a safe and supportive environment for residents. As an RN, you’ll lead and mentor certified nursing assistants, follow individualized care plans, perform thorough assessments, and ensure accurate, timely documentation. The RN plays a vital part in recognizing and reporting changes in condition and helps residents achieve their highest level of functioning through safe, evidence-based nursing practices.
Working closely with the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team and families, the Registered Nurse (RN) helps develop, implement, and evaluate personalized plans of care. As an RN, you’ll foster strong teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to all care standards and regulations. With your clinical expertise and guidance to CNAs, the RN ensures residents receive reliable, high-quality, person-centered care each and every day.

- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of Michigan.
- Unencumbered by any licensing or state violations.
