Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Assess residents, plan and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor vital signs, respond to changes in condition, and coordinate timely interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, resident-centered care
• Document care and observations accurately in the electronic health record and communicate changes to the team
  
  

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license (state: Maine) and in good standing
• Ability to work 3x12-hour shifts in a skilled nursing setting
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and clinical documentation skills
• Effective communication with residents, families, and the care team
• Willingness to adhere to facility policies and participate in routine shift handoffs
