Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to ongoing care planning.

- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record; ensure timely and complete handoffs.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support residents and families with education, comfort, and discharge planning as appropriate.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Maine
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in long-term care or geriatric care
- Ability to work night shifts (3x12-hour blocks)
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Willingness to pass background check and pre-employment screenings; up-to-date immunizations as required
