Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
- Monitor and document vital signs, health status, and changes in condition; report findings to the supervising nurse.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote independence and safety.
- Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and the broader care team to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings is preferred
- Ability to work the 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift and adapt to assignment needs
- Willingness to commit to a 12-week travel assignment covering maternity leave
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
