Registered Nurse – Telemetry/Telemetry–PCU travel assignment in Claremont, NH. Start date June 1, 2026 for a 13-week assignment. Pay range: $1,957–$2,112 per week. Guaranteed hours: none. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for MS, telemetry, and PCU patients, including assessment, monitoring, and intervention
• Monitor cardiac rhythms via telemetry, interpret dysrhythmias, and adjust care plans accordingly
• Administer medications and IV therapies per physician orders; monitor for adverse effects
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and respond rapidly to changes in patient status
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately; maintain patient safety and comfort
• Manage patient ratios as acuity varies (typical RN/Patient ratio around 5:1; higher acuity PCU 3:1–4:1)
  
  

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN license or compact-state license
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (active)
• 3 years of experience in PCU, Med/Surg, Telemetry (telemetry experience required)
• Ability to work in a small rural unit and operate independently; own vehicle required
• Permanent address must be included in profile; ability to staff a 12-hour night shift
• The assignment will not consider candidates residing within 50 miles of the placement site
• NH Temporary Health Care Service Agency license/registration must be uploaded with profile
• Submission requires Supervisory reference within past two years and documentation for: New Hampshire RN license, BLS, ACLS, Telemetry, Medical-Surgical, and PCU experience
