Travel Registered Nurse Tele Job

Overview
Registered Nurse – Tele, Concord, New Hampshire. This travel assignment begins 08/03/2026 and runs for 13 weeks in a hospital setting. Shift: 3x12-hour Nights. Weekly pay range: $2,105–$2,281 per week. No guaranteed hours. The role focuses on telemetry nursing within a regional hospital network, with potential float to nearby facilities as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide bedside and telemetry care for adult patients, including rhythm monitoring and interpretation
- Administer medications and therapies per physician orders; monitor patient responses and chart in the electronic medical record
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Respond promptly to alarms, changes in patient condition, and safety concerns; escalate as needed to ensure patient safety
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR (Cerner experience is preferred) and participate in care coordination and discharge planning
- May float to other units or nearby facilities within the regional network as needed to support patient care

Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact state; license must be active at submission; NURSYS verification required
- Minimum 2 years of Telemetry/Tele nursing experience; documented travel experience
- Current BLS certification; NHISS required prior to start; ACLS preferred
- Dysrhythmia exam completed during onboarding with a preferred score of 80% or higher
- RTO (time off) must be included at time of submission
- Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
