Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, under supervision
• Administer medications and document accurately in the resident health record
• Monitor resident status, perform routine assessments, and report changes to the supervising RN
• Support activities of daily living and assist with mobility, comfort, and safety
• Perform wound care, vital signs, and routine clinical tasks per care plans
• Maintain infection control standards and thorough documentation
  
  

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire
• Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Ability to work 5x8 evenings and flexibility for occasional additional shifts
• Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
• Able to work in a long-term care environment and assist with resident care as needed
• Local-only assignment as described in Job Notes
