Responsibilities

• Triage and identify medical issues, assess severity, and initiate care to stabilize patients
• Provide immediate life-saving interventions and continuous patient monitoring
• Administer medications, assist with physician orders, and collaborate with the care team
• Monitor vital signs, interpret data, and document assessments and care plans
• Respond to changes in patient condition, escalate appropriately, and ensure patient safety and comfort
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, technicians, and families as needed; maintain clear, accurate documentation
  
  

Requirements

• Active RN license in Oklahoma or a compact state
• Minimum 2 years ER experience (required)
• Certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS, ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA); TNCC (Preferred)
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in an ER setting; weekend coverage per assignment
• Recent traveler experience preferred
• Two supervisory reference forms submitted within the last two years
