Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for imaging, explain procedures, answer questions, and provide physical support
• Position patients and equipment to capture high-quality images, including X-rays, mammograms, or CT scans
• Apply and monitor radiation safety regulations and shielding to minimize exposure
• Review images for technical quality and accuracy
• Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and images in systems
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to determine necessary imaging procedures
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years Radiologic Tech experience
• ARRT certification
• Ability to perform imaging procedures and operate radiology equipment
• Knowledge of radiation safety practices and shielding
• Ability to collaborate with radiologists and physicians
• Availability for weekend 2 x 16-hour shifts
