Responsibilities

• Administer medications and document administration accurately in resident records
• Monitor residents’ health status, perform assessments, and report changes to the care team
• Perform routine nursing tasks (vital signs, wound care, and other duties as permitted)
• Respond to resident calls, manage care plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain infection control practices and safety standards
• Document care provided and ensure regulatory compliance
  
  

Requirements

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work flexible shifts and meet the guaranteed 40-hour weekly schedule
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred
