As we continue to grow this season, we are seeking compassionate and dependable Full-Time Floor Nurses (RNs and LPNs) for both day and night shifts. If you are committed to resident-centered care and want to work in a supportive, team-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.

Schedules Available

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Compensation

• RN: Starting at $38.00/hour
• LPN: Starting at $33.00/hour
• Night Shift Differential: $3.00/hour
• Weekend Differential: $2.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments and monitor condition changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support individualized care planning and implementation
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for residents and families

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Dependable and professional work ethic
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care
