Available Shifts
Part-Time Day Shift
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Part-Time Night Shift
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Compensation
Base Pay: $18.00–$24.50 per hour (Based on Experience)
Shift Differential
$2.00 per hour for Night Shift
Weekend Differential
$2.00 per hour

Position Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence.
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Accurately document care provided according to facility policies.
Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care.
Qualifications
Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
