Part-Time Night Shift CNA
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Compensation
$18.00–$24.50/hour (Based on CNA experience)
Additional Pay
$2.00/hour Weekend Differential
$2.00/hour Night Differential

Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence
Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents, visitors, and staff
Qualifications
Active Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings
