We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our full-time night shift team. Position Available
Full-Time Night Shift Nurse (RN/LPN)
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Compensation
Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00–$34.00/hour
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00–$30.00/hour
Additional Pay
$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential
$2.00/hour Weekend Differential

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional nursing care while ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and safety
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations
Qualifications
Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
Excellent clinical judgment and assessment skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
