Position Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for internal staff and contractors
• Spearhead the implementation of new payroll systems and automation tools
• Develop and analyze comprehensive margin reports for strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize global payroll operations
• Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Drive process improvement initiatives and establish best practices
• Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve complex payroll inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of payroll management experience, preferably in recruitment/staffing
• Proven track record in contractor payroll operations
• Experience implementing and optimizing payroll systems
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPP certification preferred
