- Deliver comprehensive anesthesia care in both OR and ambulatory surgery settings
- Develop and implement individualized anesthetic care plans
- Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and post-anesthetic evaluations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Current CRNA certification and licensure (or eligibility) in New York State
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
